As an IRS-certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, GCAA has set up a China Earthquake Relief Fund.   GCAA will transfer 100% of your contributions to:
1) The Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in New York for deposit to their “Chinese Consulate General AC 1" set up specifically for this relief.
Note: Consulate General will not retain any portion of your donation for overhead.
OR, if you prefer, to:

2) “China Earthquake Relief Fund” of the American Red Cross (ARC)
Note: the American Red Cross reserves 12.5% of all donations for overhead and additionally reserves the right to redirect the funds as it sees fit, so it is likely less than your full donations will reach the earthquake victims in China.
